These shoes are awesome. The stability and comfort you receive are unparalleled. Slippers that you can squat in, that’s how comfortable they are. Mostly due to the bootie design. Nice stable solid outsole/midsole but flexible enough to be agile. I will trust these shoes on any type of elevator with utmost effort. Reebok has improved what’s missing in older shoes. Nanos breathes very well, where other shoes basically have no ventilation. Nanos have a very comfortable sock-like thing around the ankles. This makes them a lot more comfortable, especially if you wear them for a long time.
So far, the comfort of these offers is extraordinary. Partly because it has 7 eyelets that are staggered, it allows you to tighten your shoes to the unique contours of your foot. Insole support is excellent. The light bulb design on the front of the shoe provides great space for your toes without cramping or pressure, once you get the correct size, as noted, may need to be larger than you usually wear.
The mesh design contrasting with solid leather shoes, these are extremely light weights. I like the shoes that look very simple. These have a stylish and almost sophisticated look without appearing boring.
I will use these for everything, from boxing to weight training to some road work, and so far these things seem to offer comfort, support and stability. I can run in them without swollen feet, I can cycle a barbell at extra weight extra. They are durable and feel great. I would say other than a maximum lift of certain lifts, you can use these shoes 95% of the time.
I’ve been using this pair exclusively at the gym, 4-5 times a week, and they still look good. Rubber did not leave each other and the walk is still good. I will change them soon but I’m surprised how long they last. They are also comfortable walking around. I use them on a trip to New York, where we go 10-15 miles per day, without discomfort. Compared to “the other brand” shoes, they are really great! The heel cup has a hard outer shell and a softshell inside that adheres to my heel. “The other brand of shoes” made me have blisters on my heels that were as hard as bones. This is the main reason for me to switch to Reebok nano8. The grip on these shoes is great, and when I run I can feel just enough cushioning. Metcons was horrible to run. Reebok’s strong grip on the heel, which fits snugly and attaches to the floor, gives me a good foundation for lifting weights. The design and looks are excellent, I have received a lot of good comments from people about the appearance of these shoes.
Prices for these shoes are not too expensive. This price is quite standard for newer versions of cross training shoes, so it should not surprise many people, especially those who have bought Nanos before. Of course, you can find cheaper old models, but if you care about the new features of this model, then I think the price is quite fair.

Reebok CrossFit Nano 8 is a pair of shoes made well for the gym. The upper is supportive but flexible and the cushion will handle whatever workouts can throw at it. If you are looking for a shoe that will come back more when the plates and bars and ropes are made, look no further.
Cross training shoes are becoming more and more popular in strength sports. These are shoes designed to feel like flexible tennis shoes, but with a power athlete in mind. This being said, they have a slightly different build than your standard sneaker. Some of these features include stiffer soles, additional heel support and flexible / durable structure.
